My wife and I connected with Mike well over a year before we were ready to sell. He gave us great feedback concerning things in the home that needed updating and or refreshing. Once we decided to move he put us in touch with quality contractors to fix a few remaining things. He did a great job with the list price and negotiating with all interested parties on the final sales price. The sale went very smoothly. Mike was with every step of the way. We highly recommend him.

I had Mike Konold as my agent. As a new single mom, I was very apprehensive about finding a home within my kid's school district that I would be able to afford. I expressed this concern to Mike early on in my home searching journey, and he did everything within his power to ensure I would find something suitable for me and my children. It was very important to me that I not only find a home I could afford, but one that we would be happy in. I was almost positive this wasn't possible given the area I was looking in until I worked with Mike and everyone at Berkshire Hathaway. Despite his busy schedule, Mike was very quick to respond with any questions I had and when I wanted to go see a home, he made it happen as soon as possible. To say I had lots of questions is a huge understatement. Mike and his team members showed nothing but patience in ensuring I had all of the answers I needed to feel comfortable moving forward in the process. His team was incredibly friendly and showed so much hospitality during the day of closing; my oldest son attended with me and he had a blast with the staff and their friendly pet dog! Mike Konold did an excellent job helping us navigate the purchase of our home during a very trying "sellers market". He was never deterred when we lost out on several submitted contracts. His steady hand really helped us avoid "meltdown" as we approached our deadline based on the settlement date of the home we sold. An added benefit was his experience in home renovation. It was like having a home inspector as well as a realtor! I highly recommend Mike to anyone needing realtor services. Mike was wonderful during the difficult situation of trying to clean out and sell my mother's house while living out of State. #1 he's the nicest guy #2 he went way above and beyond in helping us out - he assisted with us donating much of the furniture, he took things to Goodwill for us, he helped with trash removal (who else would do that!). I totally recommend him as a realtor!
